You’ve always dreamed of working in a chocolate factory or opening your own? Now you can with a full-time formation only dedicated to chocolate confectionery and all its derivatives on a period of 8 weeks of formation at the Academy Christophe Morel Chocolatier.
With 33 years of experience in chocolate, Christophe Morel will reveal you all is secrets in a real chocolate factory, only equipped with professional material.
Our school will welcome you in a total immersion in a chocolate kitchen, only 20 minutes from downtown Montreal and old-port. Christophe Morel is a high qualified teacher and will be at your service with any questions.
The programs will be adapted for adults who wish to have a formation that will make them able to work as a chocolate and confectionary maker.
Each formation will be given to a maximum of 10 students, and will contain practical group courses, individual work, discussions with professionals and immersion in a real production.
The classes will be given in English and in French, with a recipes book in English or French too.
